Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Badini Translator ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app. Badini Translator is provided by Lunium AB ("we", "us", or "our").

Description of Service

Badini Translator is a language translation service that helps users translate text between Kurdish Badini and other languages. The app offers both a free tier with daily translation limits and paid subscription plans with unlimited translations.

Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account using Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

Subscriptions & Payments

Badini Translator offers auto-renewable subscription plans (weekly, monthly, and annual). By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your device's Account Settings after purchase.
• Free trial periods, if offered, automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Use automated systems or bots to access the service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use.
• Submit content that is harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others.
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's servers or infrastructure.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Badini Translator, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Lunium AB and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Translation Accuracy

Translations are provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that translations will be error-free or suitable for any particular purpose. You should not rely on the app for translations where accuracy is critical, such as legal, medical, or official documents.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lunium AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
